Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager role based in multiple locations. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of rental properties, maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinating property inspections, managing rental agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring properties are well‑maintained. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and delivering optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in property management, rental agreements, and coordinating inspections
- Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets and legislative requirements
- Organisational and time management skills, coupled with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in the real estate industry and a real estate licence are advantageous
