The purpose of this job is...

Our Clinic Coordinators ensure the smooth operations and a welcoming experience of their Mindplace Clinic. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, our Clinic Coordinators provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities with broader operational support, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the clinic's services to patients.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skills
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures
• Own the client experience of the practice's physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment
