About The Role
Are you an experienced CSSD Technician who is self-motivated and enthusiastic? We are currently seeking an experienced CSSD Technician to join our dynamic perioperative team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Thermal disinfection inspection, packaging and sterilising of all instrumentation for theatre and other clinical areas
Comply with AS/NZ standards ****:****, GENCA
Operate, interpret and document all machinery operational requirements
Report and document all quality activities
Ensure priority of instrumentation and processes
Certificate III in Sterilisation required
Essential Criteria
2 years' experience as CSSD technician (desirable)
Sound knowledge of AS/NZ *********
Demonstrated knowledge of instrumentation
Experience with tracking systems
Endoscopy reprocessing experience or willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Intermediate computer literacy skills – including MS Office and various databases
