About the Role:
The role is a varied one and the successful applicant will be trained to be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
* Welcome all clients and assist with enquiries.
* Communicate with clients, staff and various other stakeholders.
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct as necessary, and solve general enqueries.
* Assisting in access pass ordering, order processing, and stock distribution processes.
* Collecting mail and office supplies as required.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* General office administration procedures.
* Preperation of meeting rooms including presentation, making tea/coffee for visitors and re-setting rooms following meetings.
Skills:
* Experience in an office administration role is highly desireable.
* Knowledge of Strata Management or Property Management (highly regarded but not essential).
* Managing email correspondence with both internal and external parties in a professional and organised manner.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is imperative.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A team player with a can-do attitude, committed to supporting the business.
* A good understanding and experience using the Microsoft suite.
* A friendly demeanour, punctuality and presentation are key.
* A willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
* Your own reliable means of transport and a drivers licence are required.
The successful candidate will have a strong sense of positive client engagement and friendly service.
