Finance Roles
We are seeking a range of talented finance professionals to join our team in Townsville.
The roles available include Finance Officers, Payroll Officers, Business Support Officers/Accounts Payable, and Data Entry Officers.
These positions require strong finance administration skills, processing weekly payroll, previous experience processing payroll of up to 70 staff, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with high level computer literacy.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles;
* High level computer and Microsoft Office literacy with very strong data entry skills and proficiency in Excel;
* Confidence in accounts payable and receivable, among other accounting aspects;
* Extensive experience in payroll for roles incorporating this skill set;
* Professionalism, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
* Confidence in processing end-to-end payroll;
* Experience in MYOB, Ellipse, Pronto, SAP, Technology One, Sage, Accpac, Xero, QuickBooks, Sybiz highly desirable;
* Outstanding numeracy, organisation, and administration skills;
* Experience in bank reconciliations, BAS returns, payment of accounts via electronic banking, reporting, and budgeting;
* Knowledge in award interpretation, cost codes, and GST;
* Strong written and communication skills with a focus on amazing customer service and keen eye for detail;
* Good grasp on accounting procedures in relation to payroll.
