Pulse Staffing have partnered with a self-governing island of the United Kingdom who are seeking experienced dual Registered Midwives to work within the islands only hospital.
As the dual Registered Midwife, you will be working within a disciplinary team of other medical specialist locums, being ENT, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Psychiatry professionals.
Working within the maternity care unit, you will be working alongside GP's and Ultra sonographers whilst providing care for pregnant women. Those women who have established a high risk pregnancy by 35 weeks gestation will be transferred to the UK.
Your role:
* Work within your scope of practice to facilitate care using the hospitals health service guidelines
* Undertake patient care demonstrating competence, compiling care plans, monitoring deterioration
* Promote health by providing education to patients and families
* Liaise with multidisciplinary team and outside agencies identifying risk and consulting overseas specialists
* Work across antenatal, postnatal and labor wards

Salary:
* 35,274 - 46,667 GBP ($69,283 - $91,660) AUD per year
* 25% of gratuity of your annual salary paid per year
* 12,000-15,000 GBP ($23,571-$29,464) AUD of annual market supplement paid monthly
* 25% of uplift for unsocial hours (7pm-6am Monday - Friday and all weekends)
* Overtime paid after 37.5 hours per week
