Automation Operations Specialist
About the Opportunity
This role supports the bank's automation products, including Control-M, Axway, and Connect:Direct. Key responsibilities include analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation of fixes and changes.

* Automate operations (batch management via Control-M is essential, file transfers, reporting, etc.)

What You'll Bring to the Role
You will have experience in automated operations, including batch management via Control-M, file transfers, and reporting.
To be successful, you will have:
* Operating Systems Experience: Windows, Linux, z/OS
* Good programming/scripting skills or aptitude (e.g., Perl, Windows Scripting, etc.)
* Strong analysis, design, and problem-solving skills.
* Good project planning skills and strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
* A strong customer service ethic.
* Exposure to Enterprise Systems Management tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli).
* An appreciation of ITIL-based Service Management Best Practices.
