About the Role
As a Care Service Employee, you will build strong relationships with residents and deliver personal care assistance meeting individual needs. You will work under limited supervision, providing assistance to residents with daily tasks such as:
* Supervising daily hygiene
* Assisting with dressing and meals
* Carrying out simple housekeeping
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Appreciation of and ability to support our values and ethos
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and current First Aid Certificate
* Understanding and commitment to person-centred care
* Understanding of WHS and infection control principles
* Computer literacy and experience with documentation
* Excellent communication skills
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to work in a team environment
* NDIS Workers Screening Check
