Office Administrator Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading school administration, supporting the Principal, and managing financial tasks. They will also coordinate enrolment processes, family engagement, and school events.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading school administration and supporting the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations.
* Managing financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
* Coordinating enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
* Overseeing staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
* Ensuring compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.
