We are seeking a reliable and motivated chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team and takes pride in a clean, organised kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook Italian-inspired menu items
* Assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service as the venue continues to grow
* Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
* Complete daily prep and section organisation
* Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
* Work collaboratively with chefs and front of house team
* Support stock rotation, ordering assistance and waste minimisation
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is a must.
* Pizza or Italian cuisine experience highly regarded, training offered onsite
* Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Understanding of food safety standards
