**The Company**:
This reputable property group has a diversified portfolio right across Australia. They currently require a proactive Finance Administrator to join their team at one of their Premium shopping centres.
**The Role**:
An opportunity has come up for an experienced administrator to join this bustling shopping centre, management team! The role will see you reporting to the Centre Manager, and assist with all administrative functions in the Management of the shopping centre.
Your duties will include:
- General Office Management
- Retailer Relationship Management
- Responsible for Rental Arrears & Retailer Payment Plans
- Assistant to Property Centre Manager
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Assistance for all Marketing Activities
- Management of Office IT platform
- All Administrative / Office Systems & Development of Policies & Procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role
- Experience in Retail / Shopping Centres, favourable but not essential
- An enthusiastic and resourceful professional that possess a "can do" attitude
