The Harvey Norman Preston Administration Team is seeking a passionate Administration Clerk to join their team.
As a Clerk, you will have a positive understanding of purchasing processes, general retail operations and liaising with customers.
Responsibilities
- Support purchasing processes and general retail operations
- Liaise with customers
- Provide administrative support including filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general ad hoc tasks
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Work with minimal supervision
- Utilise computer skills, including Excel and Word
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Experience in filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general ad hoc tasks
- Motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Experience resolving customer complaints and delivering timely, accurate service
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
