As a HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in enabling our teams to operate with foresight and proactive safety management.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the energy sector (industrial civil oil and gas manufacturing), possessing strong investigative skills with knowledge of causation investigation models.
Hazards Identification & Mitigation
This position involves identifying potential hazards on various project sites across NSW, providing real-time support and advice to project teams regarding implementation of work scope aligned HSE plans procedures processes including:
* Principal Contractor requirements
* Traffic Management Plans
* Emergency Response Plans
You shall report as required (daily weekly monthly) on Projects Services HSE performance monitor maintain project files data within Fluences document management systems DMS.
Liaising with Clients Contractors Fluence Teams
