As a Talent Partner you will support end to end sourcing and engaging talent. To hit the ground running in this Contract role you must have previous experience in sourcing talent in the Global Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry, engaging both Frontline blue collar candidates as well as skilled professional roles such as Sales.
This role is not for the faint hearted – it's fast, it's exciting and you will need to bring all your fabulous energy

What we expect of you?
You are an experienced end to end Recruiter with local (Australian) knowledge of the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
Previous experience recruiting in high volume Blue Collar, Union environments is essential.
Proven success for finding the 'purple unicorns'.
A flexible approach – knowing not all recruitment is done '9-5'.
