3 month interim role - Lead a large Transactional team

As the interim Financial Controller of this US Private Equity backed Tech business you will lead and mentor a large transactional team, whilst driving innovation and process improvement. The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the responsibilities of the role will include:
Reporting the Group's results to Senior Finance Executives
Providing business case and scenario analysis for business decision making
Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Review high risk GL accounts and manage to reduce risk
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement
Oversee and support transactional services team
Leadership and management, developing individual performance objectives
Recruitment and on-boarding
Oversee internal and external Audit and liaison
About You
CA or CPA qualified with experience in a similar role within a large complex environment
Well developed leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
Proven Change Management experience
Ability to drive and meet tight reporting deadlines
Well developed stakeholder management and engagement
