Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a motivated fleet sales expert to join our dynamic team.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is ready to take our fleet sales to the next level. A proven track record of success in fleet or automotive sales is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with new and existing fleet customers (businesses, government, rental companies, etc.)
* Promote and sell our entire fleet range
* Prepare tailored quotes and proposals for clients
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all models
* Work closely with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
* Attend networking events and build B2B connections in the Northern Rivers region
About You:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Valid driver's license
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
* Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM knowledge
