Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive sales and strengthen partnerships across Northern NSW from Nambucca Heads to Maclean. As a key member of our team, you will build new customer relationships and nurture existing ones to achieve profitable growth.
About the Role:
* Manage your sales pipeline and track major contract renewals to meet targets and exceed expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences for customers.
* Develop and execute engaging sales strategies, ensuring accurate reporting on accounts and pipeline progress.
* Utilize CRM software to optimize customer interactions and opportunities.
About You:
* Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve problems effectively.
* A proactive attitude, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Tech-savviness, with Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Sales CRM a plus.
* An Australian Driver's Licence is required.
