Senior Visual Merchandiser

Principal Accountabilities
Manage all aspects of merchandise processing including shipment receiving, unpacking, and placement of product
Arrange the location and size of exposition of company products with employees of the sales point, and ensure the arrangements are followed
Create and organize engaging displays
Supply promotional materials and presentation equipment to points of sale and be responsible for their correct installation and use
Regularly visit points of sale to inspect, maintain, or change the presentation of company products
Liaise with vendors to ensure the quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of products
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree
Three to five years of related experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge & Application
Understands and applies the principles and practices in a recognized professional field requiring extensive academic preparation
Likely to be newly professionally qualified in a specific field, or will have extensive experience in complex technical area
Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required
Generally requires knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
