The Murray Bridge Golf Club is located on Ritter Street in the river town of Murray Bridge in South Australia. The venue prides itself on a family friendly feel with a bistro that seats up to 100 people. * Head Chef/Cook
* Ensuring high quality of dishes and food safety
* Managing food costs, inventory and wastage
* Working in a team environment - fostering strong team relationships
* Head Chef position with opportunities for development of kitchen staff and fostering strong team relationships
* Day to day general kitchen duties
The position is for at least 30-35 hours per week with more when functions are booked.
The successful applicant will need to be available to work a rotating seven day roster, including nights and weekends, and must be eligible to work in Australia. We are closed public holidays and support a good work life balance.
