Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.About The RoleIf you have a passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.Experience within the industry (e.g. working with disability, mental health, high medical needs, aged care, individual support, NDIS Management etc.).Provide support with complex care and high physical needs.Provide personal care to persons with disability.Clear and effective communication skills.A person-centered approach in supporting participants in their daily living.An ability to establish a professional relationship with participants, health practitioners and their families.Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to participants with High Physical and Challenging BehaviorsProvide personal care to persons with disability.Maintain all written correspondence and reports up to date within required standards.Execute as instructed designated tasks and activities aimed at meeting the client’s personal needs/community support/empowerment, team objectives and/or program goals.Fulfil designated duties/tasks as instructed by the employer when requested/required.
