Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Producer, with the office located in Coomera on the Gold Coast. The Event Producer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with planning and executing events. This includes liaising with clients, budgeting, event management, and project management.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in event planning, event management, and project management
* Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Be Available for event installs after-hours and on weekends
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field desirable but not necessary
* Experience in the event production industry is a plus
