Collaborate with a large primary care team and enjoy dedicated administrative and charting time to enhance your workflow and patient management.Required SkillsExtensive experience in wound care, including but not limited to:Hyperbaric chamber therapyNegative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), with a preference for Genadyne Wound VacsSkin grafting proceduresProven ability to oversee and direct a multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Wound ostomy continence nurses (WOCN), and Physician Assistants (PAs) in the development and implementation of treatment plans.Nice to Have SkillsFamiliarity with additional wound care technology and modalities.Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.Experience in a leadership capacity within clinical settings.Preferred Education and ExperienceA degree in medicine with a specialization in wound care or a relevant field.Previous outpatient wound care experience is preferred.Other RequirementsCurrent licensure to practice as a physician in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
