Senior Drafting Position
We are seeking a senior drafting professional to join our team.
* This role involves working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality drafting services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare shop drawings based on structural/civil design, calculation, and computation.
* Issue construction drawings (shop-drawings) based on the original final design.
* Compute structural/civil quantities and verify/adjust bar lists.
* Archive project drawings, final design, shop-drawings, and as-built.
* Cooperate with senior draftsmen, chief office managers, and senior engineers.
* Identify potential design/construction problems and clashes.
* Fulfill project drafting requirements.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* White Card.
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a similar role.
* Fully capable to operate with AutoCAD 2D & 3D, preparation in draft and final revision of civil/structural drawings ready for production.
* Computation of quantities.
* Knowledge of drafting standards.
* Good knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
* Understanding of the building process, different construction methods, read drawings from multiple disciplines.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
