Location: Blue Mountains
Your Role will include:
* Welcome participants
* confidently host team activities
* Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
* Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
* Coordinate and organise support staff to ensure smooth event delivery
* Distribute and manage activity equipment
* score and oversee activities
* Motivate participants and encourage engagement
* Maintain safety standards and follow protocols
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
* Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
* Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
* Experience leading and delivering group activities
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
* Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured run-sheets
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
* Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Pay rate:
Rate based on experience and responsibilities
