We're seeking motivated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting participants across Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments as well as Community Access programs.

Competitive hourly rates:
Casual: $***** - $*****/hr (incl. loading)
Afternoon: $*****-$*****/hr

Sleepover allowance: $*****
Specialised Maybo training for safe and positive behaviour support

About the role
Your role will be split across SIL support and Community Access, giving you variety and meaningful connections with participants.
You may support individuals with:
Daily living tasks and personal care
Household routines and maintaining a safe, clean home
Community participation—shopping, recreation, medical appointments, social activities
Developing skills for independence, including cooking, budgeting, personal care, and travel training
Encouraging engagement and building confidence in community settings
Following Positive Behaviour Support Plans when required
Completing documentation, case notes, and incident reports
What we're looking for
Experience supporting people with disability OR a genuine interest and relevant study in progress
Minimum 1 year of disability support experience is required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using computers for documentation
Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, sleepovers, and weekends
Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
Reliable, empathetic, and able to work independently or in a team
Australian work rights are required for this position
Required (or willing to obtain)
Paid Workers Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Current First Aid & CPR
Current QLD Driver Licence
Willingness to use your own roadworthy, comprehensively insured vehicle for community shifts
