Overview
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a strong and proactive marketer that brings to life the brand across consumer channels in both Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan
* Support the delivery of the annual marketing program of campaigns and initiatives that amplifies brand visibility and growth
* Confidently brief campaigns across creative, PR and media agencies and be able to review and analyse plans with articulate feedback
* Work with our internal digital content manager and external agencies to create assets that support our brand across paid, owned, earned and partner channels
* Closely work with the e-commerce team to ensure website and CRM channels are reflecting brand and campaign messaging
* Support the completion of post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations based on key learnings
* Develop internal communications to inform the broader team on marketing campaigns and developments
Skills
* 3+ years experience in a similar role, managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Experience within a B2C Product environment is essential
* Strong experience with Canva
* A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
* Creative thinking with high level attention to detail
* Outstanding relationship builder, across the business with the ability to partner with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Exceptional verbal and written communication talents
* Strong project management skills with ability to work across multiple projects and initiatives
