Located in Hadfield, Melbourne, Victoria.
We are currently looking for a butcher with experience in both wholesale and retail butchering.
This is a full-time position in a family business, working Tuesday - Saturday mornings but hours can also be negotiated.
The job requires boning out bodies and preparing and slicing the meat.
Either wholesale or retail butcher experience will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
Bandsaw work
Slicing and dicing of product – by hand and machine
Boning
Making of mince and sausages

Job Criteria
Previous butcher experience, minimum 3 years desirable
Able and willing to work in a cold environment
Able and willing to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to cleanly and efficiently butcher meat to given specification
Fit and active
Ability to understand and follow directions
Strong work ethic
Australian citizenship is required for this position
