Now entering an exciting phase of expansion, the business is seeking a fearless, strategic, and creative Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the charge across product, brand, marketing, and global markets.
The Opportunity: This is not your typical growth role. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CGO will unify strategy across marketing, product innovation, and customer experience to build a globally recognised, category-defining brand.
Responsibilities include:
Leading customer acquisition, brand marketing, and product development
Driving innovation and expansion into new products and international markets
Championing a test-and-learn culture that blends creative energy with commercial results
Coaching and empowering high-performing teams
Working cross-functionally to align growth with broader revenue goals
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the growth strategy with a focus on acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Unify performance marketing, creative campaigns, product innovation, and community engagement
Lead influencer and creator partnerships, and manage campaign planning
Guide new market entry from research to go-to-market launch
Foster a culture of creativity, customer obsession, and results-driven leadership
Collaborate closely with Revenue, eCommerce, Retail, and Finance to achieve shared goals
