Supporting the warehouse and transport operations, you will be responsible for customer service and administration of customer orders. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, be cool under pressure and be able to hit the ground running. WHY US? Long term job security. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of all incoming/outgoing orders Manage customer enquiries and stock Stock control including participating in stock takes when required. Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct. Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled. ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills, a fast learner with excellent communication skills. To be successful for this role you need to be: Be reliable with your attendance. Be able to prioritise work This is a fast-paced environment to meet service departure times. Have excellent time management skills. Be a team player. Full Australian Work Rights This is a full-time permanent position 38 hours a week.
