With a fleet of over 190 prime movers and trailing equipment across WA, ACFS provides a technically diverse workshop environment supporting a multi-OEM fleet.
We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our O'Connor workshop.

About the role
* Diagnostics, fault finding and repair of heavy‐duty diesel engines, drivetrains and associated systems
* Servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs across prime movers and trailers
* Electrical fault‐finding including lighting, ABS/EBS and auxiliary systems
* Repairs and maintenance across OEM fleet including Mercedes, Kenworth, Fuso and UD
* Preventative maintenance in line with NHVR and manufacturer requirements
* Running repairs to maintain fleet availability and operational performance
* Accurate completion of job cards and maintenance records
What you bring
* Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic trade qualification (essential)
* Strong diagnostic capability across mechanical and electrical systems
* Proven experience working on heavy vehicle fleets in a workshop or fleet environment
* Ability to carry out repairs efficiently with a focus on minimising downtime
* Experience with fleet maintenance programs and defect rectification
* Sound understanding of heavy vehicle safety and compliance requirements
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
* HR or HC licence
* Experience across multiple OEM platforms
