What you'll be doing
You will provide professional front of house reception and administrative support that enables safe, timely and effective allied health care delivery.
* Manage reception, enquiries and patient communications
* Schedule appointments and maintain outpatient waitlists
* Support referral triage and clinic coordination with clinicians
* Enter and maintain accurate patient data in electronic systems
* Organise interpreters, transport and patient support services

Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
* Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills working in a fast paced environment with competing demands
* Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families/carers
* Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Familiar with NSW Health CORE values and applied experience in maintaining client confidentiality
