The role
Store Manager – Brisbane Airport, QLD (Virgin & Jetstar terminals)
Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is expanding its operations and seeks Store Managers to join the team.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Sushi Artisans committed to delivering world‐class sushi and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team aligned to Sushi Sushi values
- Create an environment that delivers the ultimate customer experience at every visit
- Understand store KPIs and drive sales growth by improving store presentation, product and customer experience
- Ensure the store produces only the highest quality sushi
- Maintain a culture of food safety and workplace safety
- Manage stocktakes, COGS and labour, continually seeking improvement
Qualifications
- A passion for sushi and the customer experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading and motivating a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a diverse range of employees
- Experience in a fast‐paced environment
- Experience in sushi production preferred; willingness to learn is essential
- Working rights within Australia
Preferred Experience
- Store management: 1 year (preferred)
- Rostering: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail/Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Location & Work Authorization
- In person at Brisbane Airport, QLD (Virgin & Jetstar terminals)
- Work authorization within Australia preferred
Compensation
$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
