Main Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations, making strategic decisions that impact business performance, including sales, financial reporting, and cost management
* Foster strong customer relationships, strategically growing and managing the existing customer base within the Geelong market
* Maintain effective relationships through regular communication, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather intelligence within your region, informing business decisions
