Our AFL Store at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving performance and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans.
This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, team-oriented, and excited to share their love of AFL with others. You will be required to work one late night and a weekend shift each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a passionate retail team to achieve sales and service goals.
Support with inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
Create a welcoming and engaging environment that resonates with AFL fans.
