The Role : As a Store Manager at Lovisa, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Your duties will include :
* Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experience, where every customer feels truly valued and respected.
* Managing daily operations, ensuring that stock is well-managed while creating an inspiring, on-brand experience for our customers.
* Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun, Team-focused atmosphere.
* Ensuring Team are trained, engaged, and aligned with Lovisa’s 10+ 1 Culture Commitments.
* Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.
* Ensure Visual Excellence by executing store visual merchandising with excitement and precision.
