We're looking for a Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) Change Manager to bring your excellent change management experience and skills to deliver impactful change initiatives for our business and partners affected by CEP.
Your role will ensure the business is confident, committed, and ready to own and deliver the outcomes and benefits of this significant transformational program.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage stakeholders to assess customer and colleague impacts and shape effective change strategies.
* Lead end-to-end change planning and delivery, aligned with business readiness and governance frameworks.
* Identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for impacted groups.
* Coach leaders and collaborate across workstreams to support consistent change delivery.
* Ensure quality documentation and adherence to change and value delivery frameworks.
This is a permanent role and offers a flexible hybrid work model based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
* Gather and analyse customer and colleague impact data and work with respective stakeholder groups.
* Formulate and deliver change approaches to effectively engage and transition Colleagues and Brokers.
* Proactively forecast, plan for, and execute on end-to-end initiative change management design and delivery success.
* Ensure plan aligns to overall Business Readiness plan in working with the Lead, Business Readiness.
* Contribute to effective SVOC change heat map data input, reporting and related governance conversations.
* Proactively work with the business to map out key risks in initiative change implementation and derive appropriate mitigatio
* Coach and influence leaders in the effective implementation of change.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of 5 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience with financial services and/or insurance.
* Strong ability to drive and execute on end-to-end behaviour change.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery and technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
* Strong leadership skills through change – with the ability to business results through others and uplift change leadership capability within a program of work.
* Change Management experience in an Agile and Continuous Delivery approach.
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
* Extensive experience leading large, complex technology-related programs of work.
