Service Desk Analyst providing level 1 -2 IT Support to 400+ users.

The Role
Due to growth, a Service Desk Analyst role is available. You'll be providing 1st and 2nd line of support for everything IT-related ranging from telecommunications, desktops, networks, software, and internal systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in maintenance and support all IT infrastructure hardware and software including switches, routers, servers & desktops
- Supporting Microsoft office 365 suite
- Onboarding & off boarding staff, creating user profiles in Active Directory
- Resolve network scanning & desktop hardware
- Setup and trouble shoot audio visual and video conferencing systems
Required background / knowledge / experience / personal qualities:
- Experience working as a service desk analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised & strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and expand IT knowledge
- Customer service focused
**This is a full-time permanent role offering $70,000 PLUS super.**
