The Clinical Outcomes Specialist is a key role that provides technical and clinical support to surgeons and medical professionals in hospitals. This role involves working closely with the sales team to deliver product information and training, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Attend cases and provide clinical support for DEX procedures.
* Deliver results in line with the business strategy and equip the sales team with product information and training.
* Support tenders and manage Private Hospital Group accounts.
* Oversee and manage key accounts in the sales region.
* Map out and convert leads to execute successful product launches.
* Use metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance.
Requirements
* A successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar.
* Strong teamwork orientation and long-term relationship-based sales approach.
* Strategic thinking and constructive challenge skills.
* Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation abilities.
