About Strive
Founded in 1996 as Landsdale Family Support Association Inc., our original purpose was to provide respite camps for children with disabilities at Landsdale Farm School. In 2009 we changed our name to Family Support WA Inc, as we expanded our services to include young adults. Over the last 29 years we have grown to provide several services to people of all ages with disabilities, as well as now operating the Landsdale Farm located in the northern metropolitan suburb of Darch. We are called Strive Together WA Inc. to better reflect the wide range of services we provide in the community.
About the Opportunity
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for community impact? We’re looking for a skilled and purpose-driven Marketing and Communications Officer to lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and impact across our two unique brands: Strive Disability Services and Landsdale Farm. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager and working closely with the Executive Management Team and operational leaders, this role is responsible for delivering a cohesive and strategic marketing presence across digital, print, and public channels. You will develop compelling content, manage campaigns, coordinate community-facing events, and support the organisation's sustainability through grant and fundraising activities.
This position requires a balance of creative execution and strategy, ensuring that every message reflects our mission, values, strengthens our public profile, and supports the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred services. You’ll also provide guidance on branding, lead the development of the annual report, and apply data-driven insights to refine marketing performance and resource use. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives on meaningful connection, storytelling with impact, and turning ideas into campaigns that inspire, this is your opportunity to be part of a values-led organisation that’s driving innovation in community services and engagement.
This is a part-time opportunity working 25 hours per week.
