A day in the life Machine start up experience or an aptitude to learn machinery Always one-step-ahead of everyone else in the room Reading and communicating plans and using it to measure achievable goals and Key Performance Indicators for the rest of the team Communicating across all levels of the business from managers to senior management or auditors and contractors Our ideal candidate will be: Responsible for the safe operation of heavy machinery Common sensical approach to their surroundings and work environment Adaptable to last minute unexpected changes to plans and able to pivot and go with the flow Excellent communicator Able to multi-task and move swiftly without compromising safety A fun person to work with!
