**The Role**:
We are looking for an Architectural Graduate with a particular interest in Documentation & Delivery to join our dynamic Melbourne team. In this role, you will design and develop various projects, guiding them from concept to completion. Experience in the multi-residential sector is preferred.

**Duties include**:

- Working collaboratively, contribute to projects from inception to completion
- Undertake work in relation to TP submissions
- Support the team with feasibility studies, identifying site constraints and opportunities
- Promotes the practice in a positive way within the industry
- Solutions and quality focused
- Strives for design excellence across all project types and phases
- Understands the role of quality assurance systems in facilitating efficient and timely delivery of architectural services
- Attend project meetings with clients and other stakeholders and provide input on technical and design issues

Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Architecture
- 2+ years' experience in an architectural studio environment
- Solid drafting and graphic presentation skills
- Competent with CAD software (DKO uses ArchiCAD)
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
- Effective communication, whether written, visual, or verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Solid organisation, time management and coordination
