Overview
Customer Relationship Manager | Community Bank Narre Warren South | VIC. Permanent, Full-time position located in Narre Warren South with Bendigo Bank.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture relationships throughout the buying journey using the CRM system.
- Guide customers through the lending process to help them achieve their goals.
- Leverage credit analysis skills and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future financial success for customers.
- Build robust, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and the Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.
- Adopt an attitude of lifelong learning and participate in on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
- Support customers and communities, while delivering a positive, engaging experience.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Understanding of small business offerings
- Consumer lending experience – essential
