* Maximise sales by offering a high standard of customer service, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and presenting products in an attractive manner.
* Support and motivate the store team by executing routines and processes to a high standard.
* Follow direction to maintain all areas of the store to the highest standard.

Requirements:
* Ensure store routines and processes are carried out effectively and accurately.
* Communicate any incidents, damages, or operational problems to the Store Manager.
* Minimise stock losses caused by store damages and internal/external theft.
* Support the Store Team in managing store standards.
