Our guests can experience traditional Italian pasta, chargrilled meats, fresh seafood, a range of woodfired Napoli and crispy thin pizzas straight from Ciao Papi’s pizza oven, and you can’t forget the tiramisu and gelato. Ciao Papi is looking for dynamic Experienced Front of House professionals who love offering home-style hospitality experiences whilst taking in the breathtaking, uninterrupted view on the deck - bellissimo! Key responsibilities include: Managing your section during service and ensuring positive guest experience. Using POS for order management. Food and beverage matching recommendations to guests. Preparing a range of drinks including basic cocktails Checking if your guests have dietary requirements of special requests. Bill presentation to customers. Ensuring your section is ready for service. Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery and handling. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service. What we are looking for: Previous experience within a well-renowned restaurant (fine dining is an advantage). A background in high volume, quality hospitality business. Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills. Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality. A high standard of grooming. Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts - weekend and late nights are essential. Be a positive and collaborate team player. Assist with guest requests and requirements.
