Job Description:
As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at OZZY FITNESS, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives by providing expert fitness guidance, personalized training sessions, and engaging group fitness classes. You will be responsible for:
* Conduct personalized training sessions.
* Develop fitness and nutrition plans.
* Lead group classes (HIIT, yoga, strength training).
* Track client progress and provide support.
* Keep the workout space safe and clean.
* Stay updated on fitness trends.
* Create energetic and engaging classes.
* Be vocal, passionate, and open to learning.
* Connect with clients of all backgrounds.
* Maintain high business ethics.
* Run high-standard HIIT sessions.
* Prepare for all fitness levels.
* Be available for early mornings, nights, and weekends.
* Build strong client relationships.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Work well in teams or independently.
* Maintain fitness and punctuality with own vehicle.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Certificate III in Fitness (minimum).
* Nationally recognized personal training certification.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Experience in personal training and group fitness.
* Ability to design and adapt programs for diverse clients.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and passionate about fitness.
* REP's registration (highly desirable).
* Additional health and fitness qualifications are a plus.
