Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician 26+ to join our growing team on an ongoing full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day team operations while maintaining a strong clinical presence. You will deliver comprehensive mental health care including assessment, care coordination, treatment planning and consumer and family engagement.

Working closely with the Site and Operations Manager and fellow senior clinicians, you will contribute to implementing the Model of Care and driving continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities You will:
* Provide leadership, guidance and support to multidisciplinary staff
* Deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented clinical care
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and care planning
* Support care coordination and consumer outcomes
* Collaborate effectively with consumers, families and stakeholders
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

You are a skilled and compassionate clinician with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.

You will bring:
1. At least 5 years' experience in a senior mental health role
2. Strong clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
4. A collaborative and adaptable approach to team-based care
5. Commitment to ongoing professional development
6. Registered Nurse (with postgraduate mental health qualification), OR
Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist (AHPRA registered)
7. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
