This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored, individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.
A Coach puts the participant at the forefront of our service delivery, providing support and guidance to help them secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure each participants' individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focusEffectively support a caseload of participants, by providing support, guidance, and directionAchieve individual and team KPIs in line with the Inclusive Employment Australia Deed and Help Enterprises requirements.Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with the Help Service Delivery ModelBuild rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs.Connect participants with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services to address vocational and non-vocational needsWork collaboratively with Business Inclusion Specialists to engage with inclusive employers and identify tailored job opportunities.Create sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants via relationships with local employersSupport employers with inclusive practices and work adjustments, fostering a disability-confident workplace.These positions are Full-Time based in: KingaroyThe role will commence through October/November About you You care about people and want a job that makes a difference.

Your care and dedication to each participant will be evident by the hard work you put in:Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regardedStrong customer service and relationship building skills through reverse marketing activities, sales and cold callingDemonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and conflict resolutionStrong administration and computer skills - ability to learn technical systemsResilient in nature and ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment How to apply for this role?
