Senior Structural Engineer to join a growing Sunshine Coast office, working on mid-rise residential concrete, steel and timber projects. TalentWeb is looking for a senior Structural Engineer to join our client's Sunshine Coast team and work directly with the leadership team in autonomously managing current projects as well as contributing to the pipeline growth. Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis, modelling, and documentation of a diverse range of residential and commercial mid-rise structures, including concrete, steel and timber; Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, providing advice to clients and conducting site inspections; Utilize your technical expertise to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with industry regulations; Managing all aspects of projects from design through to completion. Mentor and lead designers and drafters Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and maintaining strong client and networking relationships, Attend network and business development events, and contribute to business growth initiatives Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent); CPEng accreditation 8 years of relevant experience in an Australian-based structural consultancy; Experience in business development and project delivery hugely beneficial This is a great opportunity to become part of the strategic growth and leadership in an oragisation that rewards the commercially astute.
