Tax Specialist Job Description
The role involves providing expert advice to tax teams of external companies on the tax and social security implications of employee employment, designing and implementing workforce tax planning initiatives, managing tax aspects of global mobility programs, handling tax audits and disputes related to global mobility, monitoring and assessing risk of creating permanent establishments in various jurisdictions, coordinating global client services, managing client projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables, working collaboratively with colleagues as part of a global engagement delivery team, providing training and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on global workforce tax matters, building and nurturing strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth, and managing immediate team and delegating work to junior staff.
