About the Role
Canberra Grammar School is seeking an Advancement Manager to lead its philanthropic program during the lead‐up to our 2029 Centenary.
Responsibilities
* Shape the School's giving program, including primary ownership of major gifts, planned giving, and the Centenary philanthropic campaign.
* Lead an integrated team across alumni engagement, archives, and donor relations.
* Work hand‐in‐hand with major donors, bequest prospects, and Foundation Board members across the full donor cycle.
* Craft the School's case for support and sequence a campaign that will define CGS's next hundred years.
Qualifications
* Accomplished advancement leader with a proven record of closing five and six‐figure gifts.
* Relational intelligence to engage with discretion at the highest levels.
* Ambition to leave a lasting legacy and carry the School through to its Centenary and beyond.
